What is the Forum?
The Forum is not a conference; there will be no ‘talking heads’ or PowerPoint presentations.Instead, it is a private annual assembly for leading lawyers in the Canadian infrastructure sector to candidly discuss current developments and trends in the infrastructure market, with a focus on both legal and broader market perspectives. Those around the table include senior counsel both from private law firms and
in-house legal teams for various market participants, including government and procuring authorities.
Location: Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa
Dates: Sunday, October 4 - Tuesday, October 6, 2020
Contact: Emma Phillips
Because all participants are leading lawyers in this area, the Forum is the most useful one of its kind. The issues we discuss are ones we face and negotiate regularly. Being able to approach them outside a live transaction is very helpful and interesting."
This is a different event, unlike any you’ve attended
The Forum is an ‘invitation only’ meeting of the elite in this field, as selected by their peers. This select group of top lawyers, includes senior counsel both from private law firms and in-house legal teams for various market participants, including government and procuring authorities.

"The Canadian Infrastructure Law Forum has perhaps the strongest content of any conference I have attended (P3 or otherwise). The networking opportunities are great, and the combination of that plus content makes this one of the best conferences each year."
Plenary Group, Vancouver
"Engaging discussion among industry leaders in a small setting. The participants are well informed and provide a Forum to address topical issues in search of solutions to better the industry."
